With the development of industrial technology, coating has transitioned from manual to industrial automation, and the degree of automation is increasing. As a result, the application of coating production lines has become more widespread. Bearings, as an essential component, play an indispensable role. The working environment of coating production lines is highly complex, involving corrosive substances such as chemicals, solvents, and paints. If there are issues with the quality of the bearings used, it can easily lead to production downtime.
Therefore, when we received an inquiry for 6202 bearings from a customer in Brazil in July, 2023, and learned that the bearings were intended for use in a coating production line, our South American market sales manager promptly contacted the customer to confirm the bearing's working environment. Details such as the environmental temperature, any special material requirements, sealing specifications, bearing speed, and load were discussed. Upon understanding the customer's specific requirements for bearing sealing and sizes, our technical engineer promptly made the CAD drawing based on the customer's requests. The customer was satisfied with our design, and after further communication, they initially placed a trial order for 2000 pcs. They plan to place an additional order for 10,000 pcs if the performance is suitable. Currently, the trial order of 2000 pcs is in production.
