Cement mixer, also known as a concrete mixer, the key component is the drum, and the bearings play a crucial role in supporting the rotational movement of the drum.

The bearings must withstand heavy loads, continuous rotation, and challenging working conditions, including dust, vibration, and fluctuating temperatures. Especially when mixing dense and heavy materials like concrete, the normal operation of these bearings is crucial for the overall efficiency and reliability of the cement mixer.

The mixer bearings we produced for one of our Turkish customers use high-purity bearing steel to withstand the harsh conditions of the cement mixer, the plane of rollers is strengthened according to imported processes to enhance vibration resistance. The reinforced copper cage significantly improves the bearing's load capacity, impact resistance, and vibration resistance, especially when dealing with heavy and dense materials like mixing concrete. Special sealing forms protect the bearings from the impact of environmental contaminants. Six months later, the customer provided feedback that their clients were very satisfied with our bearings, clearly stating that they would continue to place orders with them in the future. They also recommended other users to our customer.
